1. Prices are not negotiable. And no swapping. 
2. DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA ONLY 
3. All item's condition are as stated in the items' details. 
4. All item(s) sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

Ordering

1. Prices offered are inclusive of tax, shipping from USA to your door and all handling costs.
2. The last day to place your order is on 7th August 2011. 
3. All orders will be shipped together by end of August by sea cargo and will take 1.5 to 2 months to arrive in Malaysia. 
4. An email notifying item arrival in Malaysia will be sent to let you know that your item is on its way to your door.
5. Since this sale is a ONE TIME ONLY event, I am not able to provide any alternative shipping date. 

Payment

Since I am only a student with very limited budget, no order will be placed until payment (70% of items total) is made. Therefore, to secure your purchase, all payments need to be made by 7th August 2011.

1. Once an order is submitted, I will send an email confirming order receipt together with an invoice with the amount that needs to be paid. 
2. The 30% balance of payment is to be completed before delivery to buyer is made.
3. Deposit will be automatically forfeited if the balance payment is not received within 1 month after arrival of the item in Malaysia.
